  1. Who\u2019s Covered & Who\u2019s Responsible<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cYou\u201d means the person signing below, any Additional Authorized Driver listed, and anyone you let use the trailer.   2. Condition & Return<\/strong>\u00a0You received the trailer in good, clean, working condition (walk-around completed together). You must return it on time, to our yard, and in the same condition (normal wear & tear expected). If returned after hours, you\u2019re still responsible until we inspect it the next business day.   3. You\u2019re Responsible for Damage or Loss UNLESS you purchase our Damage Waiver (see #10)<\/strong>\u00a0You are responsible for ALL damage, loss, or theft of the trailer and its equipment \u2014 no matter who is at fault and even if caused by weather, road conditions, or acts of God. This includes: \u2022 Repair costs or actual cash value if totaled \u2022 Loss of Use (daily rate \u00d7 days out of service) \u2022 Diminished Value \u2022 Towing, storage, and a $95 admin fee You must report any accident or damage to us and police within 24 hours.   4. Prohibited Uses<\/strong>\u00a0(Do any of these and ALL coverage and waivers are void) \u25a1 Overloading past manufacturer GVWR \u25a1 Towing while impaired or by an unauthorized driver \u25a1 Hauling hazardous\/illegal materials \u25a1 Off-road use, racing, or commercial towing-for-hire \u25a1 Sub-renting or taking trailer outside Georgia\/North Carolina\/South Carolina \u25a1 Intentional or reckless damage If the trailer is used in a prohibited way, you owe the full amount \u2014 no exceptions.   5. Your Tow Vehicle Insurance = Primary Liability<\/strong>\u00a0Georgia law and your auto policy provide liability coverage while the trailer is hitched to your insured tow vehicle. You confirm your auto policy meets Georgia minimums ($25K\/$50K\/$25K) and covers towing a trailer. We do NOT provide liability insurance. Initial ____<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Contents \/ Cargo Inside the Trailer<\/strong>\u00a0We do NOT insure your cargo, tools, furniture, ATVs, etc. That\u2019s covered (or not) by your homeowners, renters, or business policy. Initial ____<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Charges & Payment<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to pay: \u2022 Daily\/weekend rental rate \u2022 Sales tax \u2022 Any tolls, tickets, or fines (plus $50 admin fee each) \u2022 Cleaning fee up to $150 if returned excessively dirty\/muddy \u2022 Late return = 1 extra full day charge per day late \u2022 5% late fee on overdue balances No refunds for early returns.
